The beginning of the 90-ies the rapid development of the Internet. Companies and individual users have become increasingly frustrated at the convenience of instantaneous transmission of e-mail, news and other computer information to every corner of the globe.
Technology, which is based on the Internet, created in 1969, American scientists in the framework of the defence project АRPAnet. Their goal was to develop a computer network that would provide sustainable functioning of the system of governance in conditions of nuclear war. Data is transferred in batches using standard methods of communication known as the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) - any two computers connected to these protocols may be included in a single system. Provided correct addressing of packets can be sent over the Internet from anywhere and at any PC in any route. If there is a failure or breakdown of any component, the data traffic bypasses the damaged area. The diversity of technical capabilities and resiliency, according to the developers, should make impossible the introduction of Internet censorship, which still insist some politicians.
