The world wide web

The world wide web
The most dynamic development in recent years was observed in such a network, the Internet, world wide web, or Network (World Wide Web). The network, which is known to us in its current form, was invented by Tim Berners-LEE, now at Massachusetts Institute of technology (MTI). The invention was based on the idea that for many years haunted the developers and was called "Inti-link (message hypertext links). With the example implementation of this idea, any user of Windows XP for the first time found in the Windows Help fileclicking the mouse on the selected colored font word allows you to jump to another section. So: clicking on the highlighted word gives you the opportunity to find the page or document that contains the required data. The difference is that such a document may reside on a different computer. And thanks to the capabilities of your Network single click forwards the user to the computer, that is, for example, in Australia, because he needs the information placed on it.
Search engines are the sites through which the user can find any information in the Internet. Looking at the list of websites which offers search engine in response to the query, the query can be any word or phrase in fact, any sequence of characters. This invention radically changed our methods of searching for desired information. The most popular search engines Google, Yahoo, and MSN.
